Nanjing INT signs Combined-Cycle Power Station Project in Malaysia

Recently, Nanjing INT successfully signed the contract for Tanjung Kidurong Combined Cycle Power Plant project in Malaysia.
The Tanjung Kidurong Combined Cycle Power Plant is located in Mindulu, Negeri Sarawak, Malaysia, about 6 km from the port of Mindulu. The project, funded by the Sarawak State Government, is a new combined cycle power plant built by the Sarawak Energy Company Limited (SEB) on the basis of the original plant, with a design net output of 413 MW, and is expected to start production in July 2009.
In March 2018, the Kidurong project won the first "Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Compliance Award" of the Sarawak State Electric Power Company (SEB). This means that the construction of the project is highly in line with EIA standards, providing a basic premise for energy conservation, emission reduction, cost reduction and efficiency.
Because of the special designs in the automatic control system scheme, it is difficult to start and stop the low-pressure system controlled by the unit. The special high electromagnetic environment and ultra-long control cables will produce high induction voltage, and the 300-meter cables will produce more than 140 V induction voltage. In order to solve this problem, a new generation of intelligent motor protection controller - MPD100A motor protection controller has been adopted. MPD100A motor protection controller has series of Anti-induction voltage measures, combined with its own safe, reliable and efficient performance, perfect protection and management functions, compact and modular design, to achieve the purpose of normal control and protection. MPD100A is widely used in Tanjung Kidurong Combined Cycle Power Plant. In the future, these tiny devices will play an important role in ensuring the safety of the power station.
